I spoke too soon. the CMXVD09 does not work for Paypal USA so I will have to go back to using the first code.

I did not try the last code but the first two codes worked. The third one (for 50% off) did not work at all.

I tried everyone of the 2/7/09 codes as listed during paypal checkout; none of them worked; received various error messages explaining why.
